Ida May: a limited edition folky doll made in collaboration with Gretchen Ellen Powers! She has light strawberry blond hair tied up in two tight braids and blue silk ribbons. Although it is possible to undo her hair it is meant to be kept in place. She has the most lovely detailed dress and floral blouse and is ready to go explore the spring in her socks and clogs.
She will come with a 5 x 7 print of the coordinating @gretchenellenpowers illustration. Ida May is a limited edition doll and is an edition of 5.
This doll is approximately 14" tall. She is made up of cotton, wool/rayon felt, and stuffed with recycled pollyfill. Her hair is a combination of wool, mohair, and acrylic yarn. Her arms are button jointed. Each doll is lovingly hand-stitched in Western North Carolina.
These dolls are not intended for children under three. They are best suited for snuggling, tea parties, road trip adventures and less for hard play... and not at all appropriate for tug-of-war.
Spot clean as needed.
