FAQ

RETURN POLICY 

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours. Please ship your return within 5 days for a full refund or store credit.  Sale items are non-refundable.  
• Returned items must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs. DO NOT SEND RETURN WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. 
• Returns lost in shipping or damaged will not be refunded, so please pack your item carefully.
• Please provide us with a tracking number.
• Please include your name and order number within the packaging.
• Refunds will be issued back onto the original method of payment.
• Returns are not accepted on custom orders and “second sales.”

CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

HANDLING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Dolls should be handled with care. Avoid rough play. Spot clean as needed with a washcloth. If any dolls suffer injury please contact us and we will do our best to fix them back up. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

• On occasion, we will open up custom spots on our website. Current turnaround time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks. Although custom orders are rare, we’ll often ask for suggestions on our Instagram page. 

CAN I RESERVE A DOLL?

• We currently do not take reservations.

ITEMS SELL OUT SO FAST. HOW CAN I GET A DOLL?

• We will post on the exact hour. The item will not be held in your cart, so proceed to checkout as soon as the item is added. We recommend using Auto Fill to enter your shipping information.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
